Meet the Administrative Assistant Principal

Mr. Christopher Johnson

I am delighted to be able to serve the children and families of the Woods as your new Administrative Assistant Principal. This will be my eleventh year in education, and first year in Lexington Richland 5. I already feel the spirit of community, instructional rigor, and charity in the building, and look forward to helping the families of the community feel the same. I come to you with ten years of experience in education. I began my career as a fifth grade teacher in West Columbia, and spent the last seven years serving the families of Pelion, South Carolina as their Lead Interventionist. My wife and I have been married for sixteen years and have six children. Besides raising our family we enjoy hiking and camping, reading books, and cooking and baking. To relax we also all really love playing board games. I have high hopes that we will have a successful and fun school year together!
